CONDUCTOR
Want to be involved in guiding customers, but unsure whether you have the confidence to stand up the front yet? Then this is the perfect pathway to guiding. Our Conductors are an integral part of the day - they help set up carts, maintain safety measures on the tour, interact with clients and gain valuable experience at speaking in public.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS

- Have an interest in learning facts and stories
- Flexible, professional nature and able to deal with changes

FOOD HERO
Are you a food hero? We’re looking for people who have a good eye for detail and a flair for display. Someone who will help set up and pack up our off-grid tour lunch sites. No cooking required. Experience with food safety, handling and dietary requirements preferred, but not necessary - full training provided.

SALES / FRONT OF HOUSE

As the Sales / Front of House Representative, you are the face of the company, so the role requires a person who thrives on working in a people-focused role and wants to ensure every customer has the best experience possible.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
- Sound knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word and a good knowledge of Google Suite, Google Drive
- Will need to learn how to use accommodation and tour reservation systems, so any previous experience is an advantage
- Strong customer service skills
- IT Savvy and a fast learner of new software
- Ability to establish and nurture relationships with customers
- Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
- Proven flexibility and the ability to juggle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced travel environment.
- Ability to cover different shifts including early mornings, late nights and
weekends as required - Honest, great attention to detail, methodical, highly organised
